Kiba Gateaux’s career is focused on creating socially impactful technology and studying how f pop-culture affects emerging tech. He has been working in startups for four years, first in marketing before moving to software development and experimental technologies. As a creative technologist at ConsenSys on the Brand Design Circle he helps shape branding and marketing strategies for blockchain startup companies. Currently he is leading the Blockchain for Peace which is a movement of social entrepreneurs, researchers, and impact investors to create a global knowledge network that increases our capacity for peace innovation.
Before joining the tech scene, Kiba Gateaux was signed to IMG – the biggest modeling agency in the world – shooting for fashion companies like Polo Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, and Tommy Hilfiger, worked at a hot-sauce company in Brooklyn, and spent several months studying permaculture on organic farms in Japan
