A native of South Central Los Angeles, Nicole Tinson is an HBCU, Diversity and Inclusion, and Civil Rights advocate. She has learned to transform her pain into power, and has made it her life’s work to empower others along the way.
Nicole is the Founder + CEO of HBCU 20×20, a national diversity and inclusion company that connects HBCU students and alumni to jobs and internships. Since September 2017, HBCU 20×20 has placed 800 people into job and internship opportunities, while partnering with companies including AT&T, Intel, Twilio, Accenture, PwC, SpaceX, and more.
She is an alum of Dillard University and Yale University, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and was recently named on the 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30, Social Entrepreneurs List.
