As a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Ulysses has a very distinct interest in building organization-wide DEI functions, creating inclusive environments, and driving social impact through product. Much of his work has been centered around participatory governance structures and creating access to institutions and decision-making processes for under-served and underrepresented groups.
As the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Leader at Blend, he enables colleagues to integrate inclusion and belonging into their everyday practices, and drives leaders to think critically about the impact of diversity in their business functions as the company grows. He is the founder and CEO of Archetype D&I Consulting, a firm that enables organizations to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into their growth and development strategies. They have serviced several clients, including: Electronic Arts, Genentech and others in New York and the Bay Area.
