Billy is an Assistant Vice President, Solutions Engineering Manager at Capital Group. He manages over 35 internal applications that support processing activities for a retail and investment Customer Service Representatives, while also building/fostering business relationships across his portfolio. With nearly 10 years in the banking and investment technology industry, he has held additional roles as both a Business Analyst and Senior Project Manager.
Prior to his roles in information technology, Billy served 22 years in the U.S Air Force as an intelligence officer, where he led multiple teams in both technical and non-technical spaces. His unique experience has allowed him to successfully pivot and thrive in the technology sector by providing thought leadership and mentorship to others with a focus on collaboration, growth and development. Billy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with other project management certifications.
