    When developing internal applications, engineers often juggle multiple responsibilities and face pressure to prioritize speed and efficiency. This can result in products that are functional but do not fully meet user needs. Rather than solely focusing on rapid development, what if we prioritized creating internal solutions that are just as effective and valuable as our external products? This talk examines how putting the user first and embracing a design thinking mindset can result in the creation of robust internal tools characterized by their reliability and user satisfaction.
