Her achievements include facilitating a 40-billion-dollar acquisition, advising global tech firms on privacy protections for children, and establishing robust privacy and transactional frameworks for
innovative entertainment districts and professional sports teams. Known for her integrity and dedication, Professor Williams maintains direct communication with senior c-suite and executive leadership. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Professor Williams is a sought-after guest lecturer, speaker, and advocate for innovation nationwide. She has presented at prestigious events such as the National Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Conference, Federal Trade Commission Regulatory Advisor and Workshop, and various legal seminars and news outlets.
Professor Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, Bikram yoga, and traveling with her loving Husband.
