Wesley founded Headway Idea Labs following his tenure in the corporate world. There, he emphasized a simple,
clear process to transform ideas into successful launches, always with a focus on human-centered design and purpose.
Over the last 11 years training startups along with the support of hundreds of advisors, investors, and marketing professionals, Wesley has refined the “Investor Readiness” process—the blueprint for a business to define its core value, purpose and strategies while being mindful of the economic realities of each startup’s journey.
