Cleveland is a business leader with strong track record and passion for building and running digital services businesses for large flagship technology companies such as IBM, Salesforce and Capgemini. He has advised and provided digital solutions to Fortune 500 companies for their transformation across front-office, back-office and supply-chain operations.
His core expertise is in developing growth engine for large technology companies comprising their go-to-market strategies, revenue growth delivery, channels & alliances development, advising clients on their digital operations and transformation, and managing client success. In 2021, he joined Capgemini’s Business Services Executive Committee and took charge of its North America division as Chief Revenue Office driving strategic business development across all sectors, CXO relationships management and overall demand generation across all service lines. In 2022, Cleveland was promoted to head Business Services in Americas with direct P&L responsibility and all aspects of the growth execution as well as business operations.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Cleveland worked for large technology firms to lead their strategic business and region development for IBM (full-stack portfolio of software, services and infrastructure), Salesforce (digital transformation with their Enterprise Applications) and Teradata (AI, Analytics and Data Operations)
– where Cleveland worked with CXOs of Fortune 500 clients to help them shape and optimize their Digital strategies with right blend of technologies, services and cloud operations.
