After 17+ years in the Tech Industry as an Enterprise Software Sales Leader with over $40 million in sales at companies like IBM, WalkMe, and currently WriteSea, Jarrett launched the Big Tech Energy Podcast in 2023, which stems from his personal calling: promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Tech space. This culminated organically during the pandemic, where he used social audio spaces like Clubhouse, Twitter Spaces, LinkedIn Audio, and Entre, to host Tech recruiter spotlights and hiring fairs, helping over 300+ people from diverse backgrounds find new Tech jobs at over 50 different companies.
The work that he’s done has led to him being featured in NASDAQ, AfroTech, and Forbes, as well as being named Black in HR’s Tech Recruiting Influencer of the Year in 2021, and being included in their Top Impactful Black HR Leader list in 2024.
