Sharonda Lee-Timberlake

Sharonda Lee Timberlake is Director of Global Service Operations at Intelsat, based out of the
Atlanta office in the US. She leads the Service Management organization responsible for the
integration and assurance of Intelsat’s operations. Her “claim to fame” at Intelsat is the
establishment of the global operations model that launched in 2020 and she is currently the D&I
Council Chair for Intelsat.
Sharonda has more than 15 years’ experience in leadership and business transformation for
technology organizations in the satellite, telecommunications, and wireless industries where
she’s focused on developing, implementing, and governing AAS ('as a Service') models while
connecting the people & culture.
