Dr. Shelby Heinecke is a Senior AI Research Manager at Salesforce. Shelby’s team develops cutting-edge AI for research and product, focusing on LLM-powered agents, on-device AI, LLMs, entity resolution, recommendation systems, and beyond.

A leader in AI innovation, her team has generated more than 9 AI research publications, 4 open source libraries, 2 open source LLMs, and multiple product integrations in the past year alone. Prior to leading her team, Shelby was a Senior AI Research Scientist focusing on robust recommendation systems and productionizing AI models.

Shelby earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from University of Illinois at Chicago, specializing in machine learning. She also holds an M.S. in Mathematics from Northwestern and a B.S. in Mathematics from MIT. Website: www.shelbyh.ai
